As always with Ace for plumbing or AC needs they did a great job. Easy to use their website to set up an appointment & include photos. Adrian Peat was prompt & did a great job replacing the diverter in my shower/tub.

We had a great experience with Ace Solves It All, and especially with our plumber Kevin Holmes. He did excellent work resolving a major plumbing blockage in our home. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process so we knew exactly what was happening. The issue was handled efficiently and thoroughly. Highly recommend Kevin and the Ace Solves It All team!

Update: James Ligonde and Christian Perez were here once more today. They have completed the job. The work was extemely neat, and it was done much quicker than I thought possible. Everything seems to be working perfectly. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are the best! Edy Cordero, Ameer Jumadeen, James Ligonde, Christian Perez, and Alberto are all amazing. All 5 are very knowledgeable, pleasant, and more than willing to answer our questions. We have had an ongoing heating system problem for a while now. They try everything before they leave. I'm confident in the fact they are doing everything they can do to take care of the problem. So far, the problem has continued. However, I trust their skills and their integrity. Today may be the fix. One thing I know for sure, if the problem continues, they'll be back to take care of us. All 5 technicians and installers have been truly amazing and we appreciate them. Thank you all

Seth Davis did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He clearly explained the issue, coordinated properly with the manufacturer, and made sure everything was checked carefully. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I am incredibly impressed with the service I received from Seth at ACE Solves It All. He installed a new water softener and was extremely informative throughout the entire process. Seth is a great teacher; he took the time to ensure I understood exactly how the system works. It was truly refreshing to talk with such a professional and knowledgeable young man who clearly takes pride in his work. In a time where great service can be hard to find, Seth really 'gets it.' Customer service was great and they definitely were able to clean everything to a great standard. James and Allan were very help and courteous in this. While the cleaning took place Jose was inspecting my system and was very transparent with what was found and so was Bryan. The next day Luis, Jonathon, and Richie came out to to replace my 5 ton outside unit and everything else that goes with it on the inside. The were super helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend Ace!

James Ligonde and Alberto Torres went above and beyond normal service expectations. James found a few items and immediately set to making them correct with our system. Alberto made the process easy to understand and explained and was patient with the extra questions. I would recommend this crew to friends and family.

We’ve had two great experiences recently with Ace Solves It All. Yadir handled our HVAC maintenance inspection and was incredibly thorough, professional, and punctual. He made sure our system was running perfectly and took the time to explain everything. ​We also had Chris out for our electrical inspection. Chris has been helping us for the past couple of years now, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our home’s wiring. He’s consistently excellent, knowledgeable, and it’s a huge relief to have a technician who knows our home so well. Whether it’s HVAC or electrical, this team is top-notch. Highly recommend asking for Yadir and Chris!

Robert was fantastic!! He installed my home water filtration system, and I could not be happier!! Robert arrived at his scheduled appointment time, discussed the details of the installation and got right to work. After installing the system, he made sure it was working properly before leaving. This was quite an operation. Robert was professional and ensured all the equipment was properly installed. Robert and the team from Ace Solves it All were great!! I love the way they leave the area spotless!!
